Our refunds policy is derived from our articles of association
A member at any time, by giving notice in writing to the Secretary, may resign his/her membership of the Association. Notwithstanding such resignation, the member shall continue to be liable for any annual subscription arrears due and unpaid at the date of his/her resignation, and for all other moneys due by him/her to the Association, and in addition for any sum not exceeding fifty dollars for which he/she is liable as a member of the Association upon the winding up of the company.
Membership subscriptions, once paid, are NOT refundable.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the IHHC National Secretariat at least seven (7) days before the event to be eligible for a full refund.
After such time, no refund will be provided for cancellations or no shows, however a substitute delegate is welcome to attend in your place.
The name of the substitute delegate must be provided at least two (2) days before the event.
