What is Healthcare Caterers International (HCI)?

IHHC is a member organisation of the Healthcare Caterers International.  HCI is a global alliance of membership associations representing caterers, hospitality professionals, and foodservice managers in healthcare industries to benefit the members of each participating association. HCI began with six member organizations when its first board meeting was hosted in July 2004. The growing federation now includes eleven charter member organizations from around the globe.
