Food and Nutrition Policy; Food Service Best Practice Guidelines; Nutrition Standards for Meals and Menus.
Also an update on the “state of play” in regard to a National Nutritional Standard” for Australia.

1.15 to 2.15 - Workplace Health & Safety Changes to Legislation, Law from 1 January 2012
Speaker:  Renee Moriarty, Manager, Safety Health and Wellbeing, Quality and Compliance for the Mater Health Service

New Workplace Health & Safety legislation became law from January 2012. These changes mean greater responsibilities for managers and greater personal penalties for non-compliance or negligence. Attend this seminar to be informed on what is required to stay ahead of these changes and to receive some positive information on how to meet our responsibilities
