Day Registration Fee Entitlements
Day only registration is valid for the day selected from the conference program and will include access to all sessions. It will include all meals between sessions, with the exception of breakfast. Day only registration does not include entry to the evening functions. Entry to the social events will incur additional costs.

Online Registration Options
* Credit Card - please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa. Please note all transactions by credit card via the secure online system will appear on your statement as payment to mie software.
Fax or Post Registrations
Cheques are to be made payable to the “IHHC”. Your name should be typed or printed clearly on the cheque. Payment must accompany faxed or posted registrations.
Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the IHHC Secretariat at CLEMS. Email: ihhc@clems.com.au
Cancellation Fees
* 21 days prior to the conference a $50 administration fee will apply
* 21 days or less from the start of the conference will incur a %100 cancellation
* A substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge; however the name and details of the substitute person must be forwarded to the conference secretariat at least five working days prior to the event.
Accommodation terms and conditions - Hilton Hotel, Adelaide
* Rates published are for single occupancy. An extra person charge per person may apply for 2 or more guests sharing the same guestroom.
* If you wish to cancel, please do so 30 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties.
* At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early a departure fee will be charged.
* We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
Social
Dinner payments are non-refundable after 31 July 2010.
Entrance to Meeting
Each delegate at the Meeting will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The IHHC or the Conference Secretariat, CLEMS, cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. The insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
